Return Policy
Your 100% satisfaction is so important to me. Please email krista@lenajamesdesign.com with any issues, and I will do everything I can to help. Custom or personalized items cannot be refunded. I do not replace lost earrings as each pair is handmade and impossible to duplicate. If a product is determined to be damaged or defective within 7 days of receipt, I will gladly repair or replace it at no cost. If the incorrect item was ordered, you are responsible for the price difference plus return shipping.
Repairs
If a piece of jewelry is found defective upon arrival, I will happily re-create your piece and send it as quickly as possible. We all know accidents happen...jewelry can get caught or pulled sometimes. If this happens, email me at krista@lenajamesdesign.com and I can walk you through an easy fix. If a bigger repair is needed, please email me with the problem, wait for my response, and then ship the item to me with a tracking number. I will return your piece like new as quickly as possible.
Shipping
I ship all Lena James Design jewelry via USPS. Orders in the continental US ship for FREE. All other countries will be charged a flat rate of $13. Because of the nature of the handmade design, most jewelry will be made and processed within 1-14 business days. Please email krista@lenajamesdesign.com if you have specific shipping requests.
Care for your jewelry
-Remove your jewelry before sleeping, showering, excercising or swimming.
-Avoid spraying perfume, hairspray, or chemicals on or around your jewelry.
-Apply moisturizers and sunscreen before you put your jewelry on.
-Clean your jewelry with mild dish washing soap and hot water and polish with soft cloth.
